PharmaServ Academy – The First of a Series of Educational Symposiums – "In-depth Analysis of Warning Letters and Consent Decrees" held on August 31, 2007
PharmaServ Academy held the first of a series of symposiums focused on effective management of regulatory compliance needs. The Seminar presented the main areas recently cited by FDA as deviating from cGMP's. Indicators to detect and prevent regulatory citatons and the corrective actions plans required to resolve deviations, were discussed as well as the importance of having the right quality systems in place. Representation from main pharmaceutical and medical device industries such as: Wyeth, Lilly del Caribe, Biovail, Pfizer, Warner Chilcott, AstraZeneca, among others and the participation of experienced and knowledgeable speakers within the industry, contributed with the success of this event. The participants had the opportunity to openly share experiences, concerns and understand where opportunities might be identified proactively. The Seminar was a great experience to strengthen our industry compliance standing and to solidify its competitive advantage.
